PAYMENT POLICY
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa and American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. A list of all available payment options will be visible at the time of check-out and prior to making payments for purchases. Cash on Delivery is not available due to the current Covid’19 situation.

DELIVERY POLICY
We operate between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST from Monday to Friday except for public holidays. Most orders are expected to get delivered within 4-7 business days. Delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to ensure timely deliveries. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your deliveries please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Elysian Home Decor takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We take no responsibility for damage after delivery. Certain courier service partners may ask for an OTP to complete your delivery. This OTP will be sent to you on the number that you submit at the time of placing the order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel you order within 24 hours of placing it by sending us an email at elysianhomedecor@gmail.com. You can also WhatsApp us on 9891888855 between Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST within 24 hours of placing the order. If an order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days.
