SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our orders through our registered delivery partner within India. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order, applicable from Monday to Friday only. However, due to the current pandemic, slight delays may occur. Shipping and handling cost may differ based on the size of the product, volume of the order or the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address of your order.

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the product three times before they return it to us. Please do make sure that the details you enter are correct including the zip code and mobile number. This will help in ensuring timely delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Elysian shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Elysian does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Elysian. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Elysian within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Elysian holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
